The rules and conditions that apply when using Zorenax.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zorenax ("we", "us", or "our"), an AI-powered SEO content automation platform. By creating an account or using any part of the Zorenax platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using Zorenax — including registering for an account, purchasing credits, generating content, or connecting a WordPress site — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zorenax. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use Zorenax. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Access to Zorenax may be restricted in certain jurisdictions where use of our services would be prohibited by applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party or allow others to access your account.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access or a security breach, notify us immediately at contact@zorenax.com.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. On deletion, your data is removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Zorenax operates on a credit system. Credits are required to access AI-powered platform features. The current credit costs for each action are:
Credits are deducted at the start of each operation. If an operation fails before completion, credits are returned to your account automatically.
Credits are non-transferable between accounts, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for currency. Purchased credits do not expire. New accounts receive a small number of free credits for evaluation purposes.
We reserve the right to adjust credit costs for new or existing features with reasonable notice.
Credit purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. We currently support the following payment methods:
Each payment provider operates under their own terms and privacy policies. By completing a payment, you also agree to the relevant provider's terms. Zorenax does not store your full payment card details or cryptocurrency wallet keys.
Credits are added to your account balance upon confirmed successful payment. You are responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate before completing a transaction.
All credit purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been added to your account. Because credits are digital goods that are made available immediately, we are not obligated to issue refunds in most circumstances.
Refund requests are reviewed individually. If you believe you have been charged in error, or if a technical issue on our end resulted in credits not being delivered, contact us at contact@zorenax.com and we will review your request in good faith.
You agree to use Zorenax only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Zorenax uses AI to generate blog articles, keywords, metadata, and images on your behalf. AI-generated content is provided as-is. It may contain inaccuracies, factual errors, or outputs that require editing before publication.
You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing it. Zorenax makes no warranty that generated content is accurate, original, non-infringing, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Content you generate using the platform belongs to you, subject to any terms of the underlying AI providers and applicable law regarding AI-generated works. You grant Zorenax a limited licence to store and process your content as necessary to operate the service.
When you connect a WordPress site, you provide credentials that allow Zorenax to publish content on your behalf via the WordPress REST API. You are fully responsible for:
Zorenax is not liable for publishing errors, failed posts, duplicate content, or any consequences arising from content published to your WordPress sites through the platform. We recommend using a WordPress Application Password with appropriately scoped permissions rather than your main administrator credentials.
The Zorenax platform, brand, name, logo, software, and all related intellectual property are owned by Zorenax and its operators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without express written permission.
Content you create using the platform — including articles, keywords, and images generated at your instruction — belongs to you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI service providers and applicable copyright law governing AI-generated works.
We make reasonable efforts to keep Zorenax available and operational. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a specific uptime level. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the credit system, or if your use of the platform poses a risk to other users or to the platform itself.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits except in cases where we terminate your account without cause, in which case unused paid credits may be refunded at our discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zorenax and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
This includes, without limitation: loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, damage to reputation, or any harm resulting from AI-generated content, WordPress publishing actions, or any other platform functionality.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to Zorenax in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email using the address associated with your account.
Your continued use of Zorenax after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform.
