Last updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Zorenax ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our SEO content automation platform. By creating an account or using Zorenax, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
If you have questions or concerns about how we handle your data, you can contact us at any time at contact@zorenax.com.
We collect information you provide directly and information generated automatically when you use the platform.
When you register, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. If you register or sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name and email address from Google. We may also collect information you provide when contacting our support team.
We collect information about how you use the platform, including: projects you create, keywords you research, blog articles and featured images you generate, WordPress sites you connect, publishing activity, auto publishing settings, and credit usage history. We also collect basic technical information including IP address and browser type to operate and improve the service.
Payment transactions are processed entirely by our third-party payment providers — Stripe, PayPal, and NOWPayments. We do not store your full payment card details, bank account information, or cryptocurrency wallet keys on our servers. We receive confirmation of successful transactions and store a transaction reference and credit amount for your billing records.
When you connect a WordPress site, we store your site URL and WordPress Application Password to enable publishing on your behalf. These credentials are used only to perform actions you explicitly initiate and are never shared with third parties beyond the WordPress API calls required to publish your content.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored using Supabase, a managed cloud database platform built on PostgreSQL and hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and encrypted at rest. We use row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data.
Generated images are stored in Supabase Storage with access controls. Your WordPress credentials are stored in our database and protected by infrastructure-level encryption.
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data:
We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of each third-party service directly for details on how they handle your data.
Zorenax uses session cookies and authentication tokens managed by Supabase to maintain your logged-in session. These are necessary for the platform to function correctly and cannot be disabled while using the service.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not share cookie data with advertisers or data brokers.
We retain your account information, project data, and usage history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.
If you request account deletion, we will delete your profile, projects, keywords, generated blog content, images, and WordPress connections within a reasonable timeframe. Some anonymised or aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes after deletion. Billing transaction records may be retained as required by applicable financial regulations.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@zorenax.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure password hashing, access controls on our infrastructure, and row-level security in our database.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you become aware of a security concern, please contact us at contact@zorenax.com.
Zorenax is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us at contact@zorenax.com and we will take steps to remove that information promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make updates, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
